Mr. Craig is an Accredited Senior Appraiser designated and certified by the American Society of Appraisers and a Certified Senior Appraiser designated and certified by the Equipment Appraisers Association of North America.The American Society of Appraisers and the Equipment Appraisers Association of North America both have mandatory reaccreditation programs for all of their senior members. Mr. Craig is in full compliance with the requirements of those programs. Mr. Craig is also a member of the Equipment Leasing & Finance Association and has been a member of Equipment Management Committee since 2001.

Certified Mine Foreman in West Virginia and Colorado. Former mining positions include Chief Engineer, General Mine Foreman, Longwall Coordinator and Mine Superintendent. Equipment manufacturing positions include Project Engineer, Product Manager and Manager of Engineering. Mr. Anderson has successfully earned degrees in Mining Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla.

Mr. Condon is the founder of Dover Management Group, Inc., a provider of equipment management expertise to the financial institutions and commercial enterprises on a nationwide basis and has twenty years of equipment valuation expertise. Dover provides expertise for equipment related services such as equipment appraisals, residual analysis, inspections, and portfolio reviews and remarketing, all of which is available for a wide variety of equipment types. Mr. Condon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Stonehill College in No. Easton, Massachusetts and a Master of Business Administration degree from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts, both with concentrations in Information Systems. Mr. Condon is a past Chairman of the ELFA Equipment Management Committee, is an Accredited Senior Appraiser designated and certified by the American Society of Appraisers and the Equipment Appraisers Association of North America, and is in compliance with all requirements for reaccreditation of the ASA and EAANA associations. He is a frequent speaker at the ELFA Equipment Management Conference and an ongoing contributor to industry publications on equipment related issues.

Mr. Steele, is a Certified Mine Foreman in Virginia and West Virginia. Mr. Steele is an Associate Member of the American Society of Appraisers having successfully completed the ME201, ME202, ME203 and ME204 appraisal course work of the American Society of Appraisers curriculum for Certification.
Thirty-seven years of mining industry experience in various engineering and management positions, and six years of experience in the utility electrical generation industry serving in various management and maintenance positions. Experienced in mine planning, reserve evaluation, mine management, project management, and evaluation and estimating of capital equipment expenditures. Mr. Swerbinsky is a retired registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Maryland and holds a B.S. in Mining Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Frostburg State University. Mr. Swerbinsky has successfully completed the ME201, ME202, ME203 and ME204 appraisal course work of the American Society of Appraisers curriculum for Certification.
