Dennis Basnett

Forty five years of mining industry experience in various administrative, engineering, maintenance and production management positions including 15 years as a field associate with Craig & Associates. Experienced in project management, mine planning, reserve calculations, and evaluation and estimating of capital projects. Mr. Basnett has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Fairmont State University, is a Certified Mine Foreman in Utah, West Virginia and Pennsylvania, and is a Certified Electrician for surface and underground mines in Utah, West Virginia and Pennsylvania.

Mr. Craig is an Accredited Senior Appraiser designated and certified by the American Society of Appraisers and a Certified Senior Appraiser designated and certified by the Equipment Appraisers Association of North America.The American Society of Appraisers and the Equipment Appraisers Association of North America both have mandatory reaccreditation programs for all of their senior members. Mr. Craig is in full compliance with the requirements of those programs. Mr. Craig is also a member of the Equipment Leasing & Finance Association and has been a member of Equipment Management Committee since 2001.

William  Anderson, P.E.

Mechanical/Mining Engineer

​Twenty-nine years of diverse engineering and production experience in the mining industry and mobile equipment manufacturing. Registered Professional Engineer in West Virginia and Colorado. Certified Mine Foreman in West Virginia and Colorado. Former mining positions include Chief Engineer, General Mine Foreman, Longwall Coordinator and Mine Superintendent. Equipment manufacturing positions include Project Engineer, Product Manager and Manager of Engineering. Mr. Anderson has successfully earned degrees in Mining Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla.

Thirteen years of integrated engineering and
maintenance experience in the copper mining industry. Managerial positions have included Senior Mining Engineer and Mine Maintenance Manager. Mr. Minke has successfully earned degrees in Mining Engineering from Colorado School of Mines with a BS in Engineering with a Mechanical major specialty and Physical Metallurgy minor.

Chris Condon

Mr. Condon is the founder of Dover Management Group, Inc., a provider of equipment management expertise to the financial institutions and commercial enterprises on a nationwide basis and has twenty years of equipment valuation expertise. Dover provides expertise for equipment related services such as equipment appraisals, residual analysis, inspections, and portfolio reviews and remarketing, all of which is available for a wide variety of equipment types. Mr. Condon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Stonehill College in No. Easton, Massachusetts and a Master of Business Administration degree from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts, both with concentrations in Information Systems. Mr. Condon is a past Chairman of the ELFA Equipment Management Committee, is an Accredited Senior Appraiser designated and certified by the American Society of Appraisers and the Equipment Appraisers Association of North America, and is in compliance with all requirements for reaccreditation of the ASA and EAANA associations. He is a frequent speaker at the ELFA Equipment Management Conference and an ongoing contributor to industry publications on equipment related issues.
Tim Pedersen

Mr. Pedersen has over 22 years of experience in the equipment finance industry with expertise in Asset/Portfolio Management, Syndication Buy/Sell, Documentation Review, Pricing, Credit Analysis, Negotiations and Equipment Remarketing. He was a founding member of a start-up independent leasing company and was part of a senior management team that established an equipment leasing division for a national bank. Mr. Pedersen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance from Colorado State University.

Over 44 years of experience in the coal industry, working in surface and underground operations, engineering and occupational safety and health management in the US and Australia. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and a Masters in Manufacturing Management from Washington University in St. Louis. He currently is the principal of Beerbower Safety Associates, which specializes in safety and health management consulting services. He is a certified mine foreman in Pennsylvania and Illinois. Former positions in the coal industry include mine foreman, superintendent, vice president of operations and vice president of safety for the world’s largest coal producer.

​Forty-four years of mining industry experience in various maintenance, production, management and equipment management positions. Experienced in equipment repair, equipment rebuild, equipment marketing, mine management and evaluation and estimating of capital equipment expenditures. Mr. Steele, is a Certified Mine Foreman in Virginia and West Virginia. Mr. Steele is an Associate Member of the American Society of Appraisers having successfully completed the ME201, ME202, ME203 and ME204 appraisal course work of the American Society of Appraisers curriculum for Certification.

Experienced in project management, mine planning, and evaluation and estimating of capital projects. Mr. Jones has a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Fairmont State University, is a Certified Mine Foreman in Pennsylvania, and is a Certified Electrician for surface and underground mines in Illinois, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. He is a Mining Safety & Health Administration Qualified Electrician for surface and underground for Low, Medium and High Voltage.
